HORNG TERNG AUTOMATION CO., LTD. was founded in 1994, adhering to the principles of " Top Quality, Steady Growth, and Sustainable Development." Initially focusing on semiconductor equipment development, HTA has gradually expanded into manufacturing advanced packaging technology equipment, with a particular emphasis on addressing heat dissipation and energy consumption issues in computational chips. In response to customer demands for smart manufacturing, HTA has also innovated with "Smart AOI Visual Inspection Technology" and "AI-powered Production Equipment," achieving process automation to improve production efficiency and product quality.

In 2020, HTA received the National Award of Outstanding SMEs, a recognition of its long-standing commitment to R&D, with a high investment in resources and a comprehensive approach integrating hardware, software, and R&D capabilities. HTA's self-developed technologies cover areas such as materials, processes, electrical control, software, optics, and more, with multiple patents.
